Princeton Chemical Company will accept a return of adhesive product ordered online for a refund of the purchase price, EXCEPT for any CUSTOM ORDERS, provided any such return is made within 14 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, contact Princeton Chemical Customer Service at 877-778-6878 or by email at [email protected] for a Return Material Authorization number (RMA). Returns without a RMA number will not be accepted.

To complete your return, we require

Items must be unused, in the original packaging and in good condition
A receipt or proof of purchase

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

However, it may take longer for the refund to be processed by your bank, credit card company, or other financial institution. Princeton Chemical shall not be liable for any costs or other liabilities associated with any delay by your bank, credit card company, or other financial institution in processing your refund.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
